Hand-printed works from nature, shaped by process and care.
I make original woodcut prints from trees that have fallen naturally — a process that’s hands - on, meditative, and rooted in my background in photography. Like much of my work, it’s about elevating overlooked objects—reshaping them into something lasting, one-of-a-kind, and full of quiet power.

The Process
It starts with the tree. I cut, plane, and sand each round by hand. Then I burn the surface to draw out the grain — a slow, tactile way of revealing its rings and character.
Next comes scraping, sealing, and inking. Finally, I press it into imported European paper using a process that reminds me of developing film - weeks of preparation for that first, revealing lift.
Each print is irregular, shaped by the tree it came from.
So I build the frames from scratch—custom fit to each piece.

One tree, five lives

each print a reminder of place, roots, and the journey ahead.
